Predictions will be sent by email within seven days of receipt of payment. Any error is form submission will be communicated through e-mail and response time will start again.

For your satisfaction you can call back / email / whats-app once to discuss any issue related to your questions only within three days after we have sent the predictions to you.

Refund is also permissible within three days after we have sent the predictions provided that valid reasoning is given for dissatisfaction. You cannot be dissatisfied by a prediction which will happen in future.

No communication will be entertained after three days of receipt of predictions by the user.
